1)Open RUN windows.
2)Then type gpedit.msc inside the textbox and hit enter.
3)The window named Group Policy will be opened.
4)Now expand Local Computer Policy>>Computer Configuration>>Administrative templates>>Network>>Qos Packet Scheduler.
5)After expanding Qos Packet Scheduler, now in the right side You will notice a property named "Limit reservable bandwith".
6)Now right click that property and click Properties.
7)Now check the "Enabled" box
8)Now type "0" in the bandwith limit and the press "OK".
Then restart the system,Connect to internet and enjoy high speed browsing.
